Things to know
Spending the time to write a really good advert will be rewarded by an increased number of enquiries and will help you let your property more speedily. You must be factual and accurate in your description. Our experience has shown that by being a straight-forward landlord you will be repaid by longer tenancies and better tenants. We recommend that you have 6 good photos ready to be uploaded into your advert, since photos are an essential part of marketing your property effectively. In fact our experience has shown that adverts with a good selection of photos are far more likely to produce tenant enquiries than those without photos. Please note that photos will be resized automatically for the website when uploaded.
To advertise your property with us simply register and then follow the steps to place your advert. We have designed the process to be quick and easy – it should not take longer than about 5-10 minutes to place your advert.
