I worked for a regional estate agent as a branch manager for some years but was looking for a more cost effective solution to let my own house out. An excellent service, i was surprised how many people were interested in such a short period of time. Within 30 mins of uploading I had people enquiring. I also used the gas and electric safety check which was very price concious and did the check on Saturday, they rang me back straight away and then within 3 days had done the survey and 2 days later i had the certificates for both.
