Great photographs are essential to fully promote your property. Tenants can picture themselves living in your property and the lifestyle they could enjoy. Once you have a good set of photos they can be used whenever you market your property.

Photography
Our representatives use DSLR cameras often with wide angle lenses of 10mm – 24mm, although the widest angle does not always show the room off as well as it might particularly if it is small and narrow. We also try to include cameo or lifestyle shots. All photographs are put through our photo finishing studio to ensure that they have blue skies, green grass, parked cars and wheelie bins are removed and any unwanted internal clutter is, where possible, also removed. In all cases we pay great attention to the need to ensure that nothing that would materially affect the property is removed so as not to contravene the Property Misdescriptions Act.
Energy Performance Certificates
These are completed in accordance with the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive and lodged on the national register administered by Landmark..

Our floor plans are drawn by our inspectors whilst on site.
