The contact number you enter when writing your property advert will be displayed on the board together with a unique ID number assigned automatically by rentfromtheowner.co.uk.  This allows prospective tenants passing by your property to either call you directly or look up the property using the unique ID number on our web site.

Providing you do not delete your advert after you have let your property, your unique ID number will remain unchanged so you can re-use your To-Let board with the same advert next time you need to find a tenant, providing also that your phone number does not change.
