At Rent From The Owner, we understand that lives are busy and often landlords would prefer the facility of full property management.
We are proud of our excellent customer service and can now provide a fully managed property letting service to any property nationally.
Our service includes:
1. Property Markerting: Once instructed we will organise and be present at your property for:
- A professional rental valuation
- 10 colour photographs with full photofinishing and editing
- A floorplan
- A To Let board installed at your property to let, if required.
- An Energy Performance certificate, if required.
Once advertsing details are complete, you will be contacted to approve photos and advert content. Your property will then be marketed on over 300 property to let websites.
We will take all enquiries, and attend all viewings of your property until a suitable tenant is found.
2.Once your tenant is found we will:
- Fully reference your tenant including interim credit check report and full final reference report. This will be discussed with you to ensure that you are happy with the tenancy to be agreed.
- Prepare and arrange your tenancy agreement contract as specified by you.
- We will then manage your property and tenants, arrange and be present for any maintenance and follow up any enquiries from your tenant.
