Manage your advert

Manage your avert

Once your advert has been written and made live, you can easily manage your advert. By managing your advert, you can alter the price, edit the text, status (i.e. whether it is available or let) photos and / or order a ‘To-let’ board if you hadn’t ordered one when you first set the advert up.

To gain access to your personal portfolio page, simply click on ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the homepage and use the links to the right of your advert summary, as shown in the above example.

To order a 'To-let' board directly without making any alterations to your advert, just click on the 'Order Lettting Board' link.

To edit / alter details of your advert, click on the ‘Manage’ link.
This will take you to your advert.  Make the alterations required on each page of the advert set-up and click on the ‘Proceed to next step’ button at the bottom until you get the the photo page (step 3). Here, click on ‘Finished’ or ‘Order a To-Let board’ if you wish to do so. Clicking on ‘Finished’ will return you to your personal portfolio homepage, saving all changes made.

You can also co-advertise your property for sale on our sister website, buyfromtheowner.co.uk. To do this, click on theSell property?link and you will be automatically transferred to buyfromtheowner.co.uk, where you will need to login using the same details you use for rentfromtheowner.co.uk. The advert will be automatically transferred, but you will need to carefully check the text to make sure it is applicable to the sale of the property. In particular, you will need to fill in the sales price field.
