Our 'To Let' Boards

A 'to-let' board is a key part of promoting your property to the local and non-internet market.  We offer our customers the chance to buy one of our superior quality, professional boards for just £45 including VAT and installation via our national delivery service.

You can buy a 'to-let' board when placing your advert (Register to write your advert and order your board), or at a later time after writing your advert by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order letting board" option next to your property advert - see Managing your advert for details.

We also cater for flats where placing the board outside the property is not appropriate; simply email us at info@rentfromtheowner.co.uk if you would prefer your board delivered without a wooden post, so you can place it in a window.

The contact number you enter when writing your property advert will be displayed on the board together with a unique ID number assigned automatically by Rentfromtheowner.co.uk.  This allows prospective tenants passing by your property to either call you directly or look up the property using the unique ID number on www.rentfromtheowner.co.uk.

Providing you do not delete your advert after you have let your property, you can re-use your 'to-let' board the next time you need to find a tenant (providing your phone number does not change), since your unique property ID number will be retained.

Once your property is let, login to your Rentfromtheowner.co.uk account and set your property status to 'Let' by clicking on the "Manage" option next to your property advert.  See Managing your advert for details.
