  • Your property is advertised online UNTIL LET on rentfromtheowner, Zoopla, GUMTREE, Homes24, Globrix and Facebook ensuring maximum exposure of your property advert.
  • Premium To Let Board installed at property
    • Customised To Let board installed at your property and removed after property is Let

Placing your advert

1. Choose your advertising Package
2. Make payment via Paypal, debit or credit card.
3. After payment is made you will be automatically directed to the Property Details page, where you can input your advert details and upload photographs.
4. Save your advert and click preview to see how your advert looks!
5. When you are happy with your advert clck ‘Publish’ your advert will now appear on rentfromtheowner.co.uk and be uploaded to our partner sites (see below) within 24hrs. (Mon-Sat)

Adverts normally take no longer than 10 minutes to create and photos are automatically re-sized when uploaded (you do not need to add photos if you prefer not to). You can return to finish your advert, edit your property details, change or add new photos at any time after you have pressed ‘save’ at the end of your advert. Your advert will only be shown ‘live’ when you are happy with the preview shown and click ‘publish’.
